• Which 21st-century skills do I believe are the most important for my students to have before they graduate from high school?
• Upon consideration of the eight components of college and career readiness, which ones do I feel most confident to teach? Which ones do I believe I need more training to teach effectively?
• What does transformational teaching mean to me?
• Which work-based learning opportunities am I currently knowledgeable about and capable of providing instruction for? Which of them would I need to research more thoroughly in order to provide effective instruction?
• What strategies would I use to address gaps in my students’ support systems as they endeavor to achieve college and career readiness?
