A CEO of a local health care organization in your area is determining whether merging with the other health care organization in your city is the right move. The CEO knows that understanding the competitor, identifying their weaknesses, and assessing the impact of both organization’s strategic moves can set a competitive advantage. • Discuss the importance of competitive advantage and why understanding the competition is important.
