for any Construction Disaster (example crane) but before you start work on the report, you need to submit the project proposal on a memo stating a specific construction disaster you interact to research with and give a brief synopsis of the event. so that we can get pre-approval from the instructor then we can start on it  ( the pre- approval will be obtained next week 03/20/2017)
