Assuming your HR group is acting on behalf of its organization, develop an educational wellness exhibit that will help your employees (the students) understand why fitness- wellness is important. Your task is to help your "employees" understand the benefits of a wellness programs and encourage changes to a healthy lifestyle.

The focus is Fitness

What is the rationale for the area you chose?  What issues exist for employees?  What information needs to be communicated to employees and why?  How will this information benefit a company? How can they measure this change?  What resources in the community can support this benefit for an organization?  How does this employee education fit in to an organization's HR program?  Why should an organization educate their employees on this topic as part of their wellness and benefits program?  As HR managers, how will this fair be incorporated into your benefits program?
