At this point, you should be diving deeper into your literature review research. One difficult thing about secondary research is that the process actually becomes more difficult as your research either expands or becomes more focused.  No two projects are the same.  Many researchers have difficulty staying focused on a the task at hand and get lost reading interesting, but unnecessary sources while other researchers have difficulty locating enough relevant sources to fully contextualize their study.  A plan of action is needed to either stay on topic or broaden the research to locate the necessary sources.  Whichever category you find yourself in (or somewhere in between) it is important to develop a clear plan of action to stay on task and compile your literature review.  Take a moment and assess where you are in the research process and develop a plan of action for your continuing research.  Describe your plan of action both in terms of short and long term goals and discuss how you will use this plan of action.  

***Right now I’m still researching and gathering information. I’m also leaning towards using the grounded methodology. My topic is Toxic leadership and mistreatment of employees.
