Attached is my previous work, with notes, about action research ( military tattoo policy, including military recruiting level policy, Marines).

I need to make corrections according to the professor's notes (please see attachment).

plus I need to include the following into the writing:

Exercise #3 - Students will skill-building complete exercises in developing research questions, narrating discovery on the topic, designing questions for interviews and surveys, and conducting the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.  Instruction will be provided within the Guided Discussion cohort meetings. Designing Qualitative/Quantitative Questions.

Design a qualitative interview (3-5 questions) that supports research of your topic or Design a survey (5-10 items) that supports your research topic.
