I read your article and found it enjoyable.  It looks like you were the first person to pose this week.  Keep up the great work.

I did have a question however regarding the use of your term “operative criticisms necessitates”.  Were you referring to constructive criticism?  I tried using the internet to see what that term meant and I missed it somewhere.  Your point is still valid however as far as I can tell.  It is much like constructive criticism.  The idea of constructive is to make sure that we state facts and make a point, not slander or hurt anyone or anything such as a company.  I read a lot of comments on the web regarding Donald Trump.  The article might not even be about Donald Trump, but this recent presidential war is becoming tiresome.  He is our president, but so many people want to personally write about his inability to command or direct our country and he is just taking office.  We do not know yet whether he will be good or not, just as do not know whether Hillary Clinton would have been good or not.  In lieu of sighting any source, just open up the comments under any of the news segments and you will most likely find at least some people being critical even if the article is about puppies.

My point is this.  When we deliver messages, the message will not be as receptive if we aim to hurt the recipient.  However, if we constructively say something like “I stayed at your hotel for five nights and would not recommend your hotel at this time due to the bug problem.  Perhaps if you could get an exterminator to come in and help you might not have the bug problem you have.”  First of all, I probably complained to the front desk and they are aware there is a bug problem.  Secondly, I probably was not the only person to complain.  Notice I did not sound harsh, but told of my reason why I could not recommend them and gave a solution for their problem.  This is being constructive and not setting out to hurt them.

I have in the past delivered some very negative scathing reviews which I did intend to hurt the organization.  It took a lot to get me to that point, but as a last resort, I did feel it was in my best interest and the organization in which I was criticizing as well.
