1)      Final Paper:  You will write a three-page single-spaced (Times New Roman, font 10-12) engagement/disputation paper on Eating Animals. This paper must be carefully cited. This means page numbers must either be in parenthesis following a sentence or cited in footnotes/endnotes. A failure to cite equals a failure for your paper. Plagiarism, which occurs through either copying or paraphrasing any material (from the book or elsewhere) without citing, results in a zero for the paper as well as possible failure for the class. (I have a zero tolerance policy for plagiarism. Do not do it!) This paper is worth the final 30% of your overall grade.
