Your project is now in its closing process. As project manager, you and your team have resolved the problems as identified in the previous assignment. You are ready to present a final report to your major stakeholders. Include possible outsourcing, U.S. or global, considerations (advantages, disadvantages, cost, time, and scope).Develop a Closing Process PowerPoint Presentation . Your PowerPoint presentation should be prepared to present this project to your stakeholders. A template is provided for your use.
