·         analysis of trends/variations in usage of capital equipment

·         research (user surveys and supplier research)

·         comparison of capital equipment suppliers

·         conclusions and recommendations

-       explanation of how you would follow the attached purchasing procedure to acquire the equipment

Assessment task 3 on Visual controls requires you to submit the following deliverables:

·         a reorder Kanban

·         graph of lead times

-       records of brainstorm session with key stakeholders/team members
