I need a complete analysis of Southwest Airlines. I need an analysis of their latest 10K report along with other complete analytical information about the company with citations from where the information came from to figure out what the company's problem is today. Additionally, a simple SWOT analysis just listing all strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in bullet points. The entire analysis needs to produce a current problem the company is having and give the problem statement, then provide some realistic alternatives that can help fix the problem, then choose one of the alternatives as a final recommendation and give an implementation strategy of the recommendation.
