The first company that comes to mind when I think of a good business strategy is Amazon. They have made convenience a way of life. Let's face it convenience is a huge motivator in todays society. There strategy seems to be to make anything and everything so easy for you to get that you do not need to go anywhere else or even leave your home. There is almost nothing that you can not get on your front doorstep in two days time. They continue to listen to consumers and to change with what they want or need. They have developed a world wide net of products and services with easy to follow instructions and easy access to application's., movies, and anything else you can think of.
