Can I get some one to write a writ to the la Supreme Court using the information in the attachments. there is a guide attached  it’s about a guy Who committed a string of simple burglary,,, however the judge probably gave him an excessive sentence and did not take any of the mitigating factors into condideration… the reason for consideration for writ is gross departure from proper judicial proceeding
