Chapter 7: Making an Argument and Persuading (pgs 89-109)
Find a famous product on the market, and create own competing product. You will need to come up with a name, logo, ingredients and characteristics that will make your product superior.
Write persuasive essay to introduce your product and convince the audience that it is the best product on the market of its kind.
Remember that to write persuasive essay, you need to:
State your purpose and the reasons why your product is better. Include at least three reasons why your product is better in the thesis.
Include your first argument and supporting evidence in the second paragraph.
State your weakest point in the third or middle paragraph.
Write final argument in the third paragraph.
Restate your thesis in the fourth and final paragraph, and end your essay with a strong statement.
