My assignment is as a systems administrator of IT department in a major metropolitan hospital to ensure confidential/Availability/Integrity of patients records. I.was noticed that something strange in the hospital's computer system some person or group has

was noticed that something strange in the hospital's computer system some person or group has accessed user account and conduct unauthorized activities.

In addition, recently the hospital experienced intrusion in one of the patients billing account.  After validating user profile in active director and matching the with user credentials you suspect several users passwords have been compromised to gain access to the hospital computer network.

This power point is to inform a hospital board who is less knowledgeable about information systems security.  

provide a strong case to board members on findings or assessment of breach findings in password compromise breaches and attempts. let them know that with a good identity management system the security and productivity benefits will out weigh the cost incurred.
