1. "So what does Publix Inc. cultures and values actually consist of?" many may ask. Well, the Publix company knows and understands that it owes all its success to its loyal and faithful employees. By doing so, Publix strives to be devoted to each and every one of its employees, who are also stockholders. One value would be seeking daily to learn new strategies on how to improve their employees' lives and also how to make their jobs easier. Publix also values their employees by providing great job security and partnerships. In fact, Publix knows and values its employees because it's the largest employee-owned company in the United States of America. So in my opinion, that statement alone shows a great deal that the owners know how people desired to be treated and appreciated. One reason why is that it is a well-known fact the many of the employees own portions of the company and desire the best for current working employees. 2. Foot Locker is a business that has already previously expanded globally. They currently have 1,835 stores in 23 different countries. So the issue here is not whether or not they will make a profit or succeed on a global scale because they have already achieved that. The issue at hand is that out of those 23 countries, there is not a single country in South America listed. Roughly 423 million people inhabit South America, so this is a perfectly good market to expand to. The place that we believe would be a great investment in expanding towards would be Argentina. Finally, expanding a Foot Locker in South America can lead the way to take the next step in expanding globally. (121 words)
3. Publix Super Markets, Inc., also known as Publix, is one of the largest U.S. regional grocery chains in the country. This business consists of local farm partnerships and distribution of wholesale goods. Publix's industry of food wholesale has a long-standing reputation for high-quality, low-cost produce. It also sells a variety of other popular foods and home products. Alternatively, the company is ready to take a step forward since it has been very successful domestically. Therefore, we recommend investing in an international franchise and we believe that adding a store in the city of Sydney, Australia, would be a significant investment. (101 words)
