Sample Post: The topic I would like to discuss is leading different generations and age groups. Where I am in my career at almost 30 years old constantly I find myself being the oldest in some rooms and the youngest in others. Without wanting to generalize age groups, technology and communication have undoubtedly created differences between different age groups in the work place. Certain means of communication appear to be overall more effective to the younger professionals than those in older demographics. I am looking forward to discussing these generalized differences and finding ways to bridge the gap as well as how to address those who may differ from their generational norms. This topic is interesting to me because there may not be a definitive answer and may require a tailored response to specific situations
