Certain professions are deemed to be "Male professions" I.e. Lawyers, Doctors . etc. Why do people have this notion that you should get paid higher if you are a male vs a female. Especially if you look at factors such as skills and education, experience.. which should hold more ground not due to your gender. As you should be getting paid for your ability and skills equal pay for equal work.comment
