- Choose a famous person who was born in a Spanish speaking country to create a PowerPoint presentation about that individual. You may choose to include information such as: when & where was he/she was born, what are the major accomplishments of the individual, where did he/she study, who did he/she marry, what were major adversities the individual overcame, (if applicable), etc.
- This person can be a historical figure, political figure, artist, writer, athlete, singer or music band, etc.
- All sources should come from Spanish speaking websites (minimum 3 websites). Do NOT use Wikipedia OR DO NOT USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE.
- The PowerPoint should include a title slide, at least 10 slides of content, and a references/bibliography slide.
- Each slide should include at least one picture and a minimum of two complete Spanish sentences.
- You should include accent marks and other Spanish characters such as ñ.
- DO NOT COPY THE INFORMATION FROM YOUR SOURCES. INSTEAD, WRITE SENTENCES IN SPANISH USING YOUR OWN WORDS.
- Remember, the primary goal of this project is to show how much Spanish you've learned by writing your own sentences based on the grammar & vocabulary we've covered in class. Therefore, your grammar should not exceed Lección 10 in terms of complexity.
- Be creative and have fun with this cultural project!
