Donald, owner of a U.S. lamp factory - Fine Art Lamps supplied lamps to Hamilton Studio for many years without an agreement. Hamilton Studio sent a draft agreement to Donald and he signed it but put it in his drawer. As usual, lamps were ordered and supplied but Donald sent invoice with higher price. There was a dispute and Donald said there was no binding agreement.
