Class and Professor,

 The competencies that I have developed in researching and writing my unit 5 project are establishing focus, information gathering, self-confidence. These are that I developed and without these I will not be able to do my unit 5 project. You always must motivate yourself to do something. Like my other classes I had to keep going back and forth in the intellipath to look for certain information that would pertain to the information I was talking about. The competencies will help me in my career management by helping me complete any task giving to me. Always must stay focus on what you’re doing, or you can find yourself off the path and get yourself confused. Self-confidence speaks for itself, need to not only believe in others but yourself and knowing what you are doing is right and you know it’s right.

Shareholders are common people who become part owners of the company by buying equity stock either from the company i.e. through initial public offering or from the secondary market and make profits in terms of dividend and capital appreciation if the companies make profits and the price of its share of the index increases. Stakeholders are people who have an interest in the company’s assets (Employees, customers, creditors, suppliers) these are just a few. Shareholders focus on quantity and stakeholders focus on quality.
