Some of the reasons why it is important to fully evaluate sources for information is because there is over hundreds of thousands of information out there and one needs to be able to decipher whether the information valid, accurate, or useful or even produce reliable results. One must evaluate the source for credibility as well as where they find the source. One must sift information and make responsible choices and be careful of the media because one wants to use a credible resource and not regret their choice.

A Scholarly resource should be used because it offers your paper more credibility and it gives your paper more quality. Scholarly articles cause the Authors to prove their facts and conclusions with evidence and it is not just based on opinions. Scholarly journals and articles, unlike web-based are structured of truth and the Author’s position.
