My reading experience has contributed in providing critical information concerning the intriguing topic on the issue of business ethics. Through Mr. Spock’s character we see the need to incorporate equality in society to enhance collaborative working of people in the workplace. Generally business ethics refers to the morals that act as a guide when conducting business.Spock’s character and personality plays a vital role in his interaction with Captain Kirk.Spock’s reliance on logical and rational sense of morality is effective when it comes to questioning certain ethical issues in space travels.
In the teaching profession the issue of ethics plays a central role when it comes to decision making. Character and personality particularly contributes to better interaction with various stakeholders. The issue of personal integrity is also an important aspect in the maintenance of ethics. This is given that people appreciate businesses with an ethical nature of business. As such the application of business ethics is a factor that is highly advocated for in the school setting. This is given that it facilitates in better interactions as well as aiding in decision making. As such based on the realm of the Trek show I have realized essence of making ethical business decisions. This is considering the impact it immoral business decisions which affect the running of any business.
