A problem l know in the nursing especially in the hospital when there is shortage of staff .where five  nurses are supposed to work and one call in sick .where the unit level received 5 patient but the acuity level can cause the number of patient to decrease ,if the acuity level is high enough .Anytime a  nurse call in sick,the supervisor will try to find another nurse to work ,but if they don’t find any one they had to reassign those patient to the 5 nurses making an extra load of work these increase the patient to nurse ratio to be 6 and these can encounter medical error .because these nurse may become stressful in a busy floor like that .Although the issue of inappropriate staffing has been the topic of discussion for many facilities for employ nurses ,it continues to be an issue that create a negative impact on the patient care and predisposes the nurse to medical errors .Another problem is rushing to finish your work do not use the proper body  mechinics and they encounter back pain and get sick these problems has cause more nurses to leave the bed side nursing due to stress of being understaffed these are the problems that need to be evaluated.
