 Great post! I especially agree with the part when you said that intrinsically motivated people act becuase they enjoy the act itself. That is very true. People that get self satisfaction from doing good deeds or doing things to better themselves are very positive and proactive people. I believe these are the type of people that are best to work with. I work with another nurse that is extremely self motivated and her example is very influencial on me. I have always wanted to be a better nurse and by watching her, I see how I can do that. Sometimes just watching how someone else accomplishes their goals helps me to know how to accomplish mine. Thank you.
