Use information from chapter 6 of the textbook and from exploring the following websites to discuss the following three questions using the WEA-8 blog and comment option (15 points, 10 points for answering the questions below, 5 points for class participation by reading other student posts and posting at least 2 comments that add to the knowledge posted by another student in any of the three areas below).  Demonstrate your depth of knowledge and add your opinion to the topic.

1. Which types of CAM would you use or consider using and why? Consider yourself both now and as an older person in your answer. (4 points)
2. Which types of diseases and conditions pertaining to older adults may be relieved or improved by CAM therapies? Give specific examples. (4 points)
3. Which 3 websites did you find to be the most beneficial as a resource and why? (2 points)
