The major advantage of a PHR is that it allows individuals to acquire strong mastery of strategic management, compensation and benefits, risk management as well as workforce planning and labor relations.This paper highlights that .Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certificate is the highest level in the human resources certification. .
