My aim in the lost semester was to train myself to hold on to these academic-enabling skills so as make them a routine and become an efficient and self-managing learner. This goal was never achieved as planned because of the depression and anxiety I suffered.
I have been out of WSU for two semesters now. However, while I was out of WSU, I was completely occupied with the efforts to lessen and eliminate my mental health sufferings (anxiety and depression).
