These training programs help them in understanding their role in maximizing customer satisfaction whereas they are told to act professionally at all times. Additionally they are guided regarding strategically placing the food in front of the customers so that they can reach it easily. The modern economic world has transformed into a service based economy and due to this reason world’s leading countries are focusing on providing services such as research and development, education, weapons research and even hotel management. Based on the above argument it can be established that services sector will decipher the future of corporate activity. The need for strategically hiring employees is growing in every industry. But in case of hotel management it is proving to be quite a challenge because people devoted towards cooking are hard to find. The human race has became addicted to fast food and therefore lost any concept of taste. The lacking sense of taste has made the practice of eating messy and hasty and humans are finally forgetting the art of enjoying the meal.
