Effective communication is essential for the success of any business organization. To establish strong communication process, organizations need to properly follow the 7 C’s of business communication. The 7 C’s of effective business communication norms are concise, complete, conversational, clear, considerate, concrete and correct (Guffey & Loewy, 2012).
The first norm of effective communication describes that business communication need to use concise and straight forward languages to properly deliver the major messages of their communication to the different level of employees and other stakeholders of the organization. Management need to indulge sufficient time to plan a complete business communication process which will ensure that all the essential information has been properly communicated to the recipients during the first time.
