His father and mother suffered from engagement problems in the late seventies, and this rose Jacob’s worries. His life was protected from harm as he grew up in a safe district. Jacob was brought up by a father who worked in the civil service and a mother who was always at home to take care of his psychological needs. Jacob participated in sporting activities, which were physical intensive such as football, but he could not remember any one time he had a head collision that caused a head injury. He was involved in a road accident during a sporting trip but could not recall sustaining a head injury. He was involved in a physically safe profession that could not induce any psychological stress. Even though there were arguments that brought about tension in his family, these minor cases were resolved within the family.
Therefore, it is correct to say that Jacob has been in a stable condition throughout his upbringing until the few preceding six months where he has experienced significant changes. After suffering from unstable conditions for months, he was specific on what was going on in his life. Jacob was in a growing level of emotional instability and change in personality traits. He was a jovial person earlier and very social with his colleagues, but lately, he was being irritated with small issues. This made him become emotional while working with his colleagues since he kept to himself most of the time. He had lost his personal traits because he lacked patience and tolerance, hence weakening his interpersonal skills. Jacob noted his life had changed because he was experiencing problems in communication and memory loss. He was unable to communicate eloquently since he had trouble connecting words.
