• Effectively defend your position for the purchase of the new aircraft. Your defense must be supported with at least two leadership practices (outlined in The Leadership Challenge) that enhance safety and demonstrate how the improvements will positively impact the maintenance department and overall financial stability of the organization.
• Compile your response into a two paragraph report to your CFO and include a minimum of two APA references. Document your references at the bottom your response.

Part 2:
