The third largest section of the healthy eating food pyramid consists of nuts, seeds, beans, and tofu. The fourth largest section of healthy eating food pyramid consists of milk and vitamin D or Calcium supplements. The smallest section of healthy eating food supplement, the fifth section, consists of foodstuff like red meat, butter, and refined grains.
