The author in this paper will analyze various recommendations provided by Human Right Watch institution. Indeed, the author will apply Utilitarian and Deontological business ethics concepts and theoretical frameworks to demonstrate the adequacy and feasibility of different recommendations, aimed to improve workplace practices for greater safety and creation of healthy and secure meatpacking environment.
