Implementing Court Policies Implementing Court Policies Implementation refers to the execution of a particular idea, plan, design or model which helps to deal with certain aspects of life. The application procedure is beneficial to courts in various ways, from accessibility to justice to increasing offender’s compliance with court orders.

The executive branch of government involves the president participating in implementing the decisions of a certain court. The people involved in these higher ranks may at times not be willing to be involved in a court’s decision due to cases of infidelity. The executives may refuse to offer articles that contain certain evidences. This is done on the grounds of executive privileges and in need of confidentiality in the cases that would lead to an executive’s decision, for example, the president (Carp, Stidham, & Manning, 2014). Performance evaluation

This is important to all parties involved from the Supreme Court to the executives. When an officer has this in mind, everyone works towards achieving their goals since low performances could lead to penalties or even complete loss of jobs.
