Coporate Law - Draft Independent Contractor Agreement

One of your law firm's clients, John McKnight, is a real estate broker, and owns a real estate brokerage, Homes4Sale, Inc. He wants to affiliate three licensed real estate agents to come work at the brokerage, but wants them to do so as independent contractors, not employees. Each realtor will have to agree to pay $1000 per month as a "desk fee" to cover office and combined advertising overhead, plus pay 25% of all commissions earned to Homes4Sale, Inc.
