Corporations are making the assumption that everyone uses a smartphone. For example, QR (Quick Response) codes can be found in magazines, on posters, and on brochures for all sorts of products. How does this perpetuate the negative outcomes created by the “Digital Divide”? What can companies do to change this perception of alienating a sub-population of their customer base?  Include other components from Chapter 6 lecture.
