This dissertation will focus generally on the health sector and specifically on the women employed in the sector. Chapter One has a presentation of the introductory part of the dissertation, the background information about the study and its objectives, the statement of the problem, the purpose of the study, the research design and questions, and the significance of the study. This chapter will also provide the definitions of terms, and outlines the limitations and delimitations of the study.
