I have a sister by the name Jane. We have had good family bonds but over the past few months, she has changed tremendously. My mother argues that puberty has caused changes in her behaviour. She is younger than me, but her irrational behaviours have led to the lack of respect for us. My responses have raised an alarm for both my parents and teachers. For example, there is this time when we were having breakfast and I was reading an assignment that I had executed the previous night. She spilt coffee on my assignment papers and did not apologize but instead laughed at the situation. I was so pissed that I slapped her in the presence of my parents. I realized what I had done when it was too late. My parents were so mad at me and I had to leave the house before they also reacted. I did not wait for the school bus and had to walk to school. I was had a lot running in my mind because I had to copy my assignment to a clean copy. At school, I banged the door and did not consider the fact that other students were in class and rudely responded to anybody who asked me about my attitude. I did not finish my assignment on time and the teacher awarded me a ‘fail.' After fruitless explanations to the teacher on what happened, I talked to her using vulgar language leading to my two weeks suspension from school. My sister's irrational behaviour and my lack of emotional controlled to a chain reaction that contributed to the suspension. It was summer time and my friends and I had planned to go on a road trip.
