The objective statements for the facility: “To provide our best to all persons suffering from drug abuse” and “Say no to drug abuse.” The reasoning behind this goal is to help and take care of all mothers who suffer from drug abuse. Drug abuse affects all people in the society either directly or indirectly. There is emphasis on mothers since they have children and families under their care. Mothers should be role models to their children. Therefore, they should set a good example by guiding their children and educating them on the negatives of drug abuse (Fitzgerald, 2002). The caregivers need to be free from drugs to avoid any form of potential harm to their children.

It is an organization’s responsibility to ensure that it enhances the social welfare of the society. This occurs through the implementation of the formulated policies on Corporate Social Responsibility. This organization has given back to the society by giving part time jobs to high-risk teenagers who are still in high school. In addition, the organization provides counselling and tutoring services to students who have been involved in drug usage as well as the sufficiently well performing students. Due to cost implications, the organization needs to limit the number of students. This is a difficult situation and poses challenges in the decision making process because the organization cannot afford to cater for all the students

The organization should look at the students who are needy perform well in their education. This should be the criteria in awarding part time jobs to the students because they cannot afford to pay for counselling services elsewhere. Secondly, the organization
