The birth of Black Nationalism came when Malcom X allegedly fell out with the leader of Black Muslims sect Elijah Muhammad in which he was a member until 1962. With this fall out he formed the Black Nationalism for African-American Unity claiming that there were a lot of black people who have no religious affiliation to Islam faith that would like to take part in economical, political and social programs of Black Nationalism (Allen par. 5). Malcom X in his book two speeches states. that the political philosophy of black people will be Black Nationalism, social and economical philosophy will be Black Nationalism and the cultural emphasis of the black people will be Black Nationalism. This means that the politicians and politics of Negroes will be ruled by Negroes, and there must be no more taking of orders by Negroes from outside. He further urges that Negroes must be armed for self defense. Malcom X had a vision of blacks in the United States to be the powder keg that it will take Black Nationalism as a fuse to spur Black people into an explosive revolution (Allen par. 2).
