Corruption is the mother of failure in any business venture and being a purpose driven individual, I hope to weed out this vice from the businesses. Considering my professional skills like counselling/mentoring, coaching skills and leadership skills, I hope to successfully complete professional development. after which, I will be an expert as I will have acquired more skills combined with my personal skills like setting objectives, acting assertively thinking strategically, effective delegation and decision making. Compromising corruption not only spoils the reputation of the business but rather denies the involved parties their revenue. it has also been described as an unfair trade (Tate 2005).
