5.  Date and time of of Notification is included

6.  Location of Occurrence is included ...... 

Your checklist can be in any format but it needs to include tips and reminders that you can use to write and evaluate written reports based on what you have learned in this course and through your research.  

Your checklist will be used in the last portion of your final project where you will use it to review a police report (provided by your instructor).

Submit your checklist in a APA (6th ed.) formatted, MS Word document with a Title page and your corrected Reference page from the Final Project Part 1.

There is no minimum page or word count requirement.  However, you need to make sure it is thorough and will result in a document you can use now and in the future.
