crosoft Excel as 05/09/19, how do I write a formula so that the output will read as "MMMDDYY" with the year being 2 years greater than the input year?...

If I input a date in Microsoft Excel as 05/09/19, how do I write a formula so that the output will read as "MMMDDYY" with the year being 2 years greater than the input year? Meaning I need the output to read as "MAY0921." any help would be greatly appreciated. I have written my formula to where it will read the correctly formatted date from the input cell, but I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the formula for the 2 year adjustment.
