• Examine the presentation on gay and lesbian issues in the workplace. The information provided discusses: issues faced by gay and lesbian people and making a workplace better for gay and lesbian workers.

Based on the information from the presentation, the textbook and other research you conduct create an outline for a diversity education course.  This outline would be only one-part of an overall diversity course an employer would offer and you need to focus on gay and lesbian issues.  The outline should be in-depth (2 – 3 pages) and indicate what would be included if you have 2-hours to lead this course.
