Database project - using SQL, PHP, CSS

Develop a web application with functionalities as such: validate user input, store, retrieve, update and delete items in a database.

There are examples provided, so you could just change the content accordingly. 

Please use: PHP, SQL, and a tiny little bit of CSS, HTML
