Electronic commerce (e-commerce) has changed our way of shopping for products. The e-commerce market in GCC countries is expected to grow over US$20 billion by 2020. Discuss the future trends in e-commerce in GCC countries and in Western countries (mainly Europe and U.S.). Do you believe the future trend would be different between GCC countries and the Western countries? Why or why not?
