Project Management Assignment

You have been assigned as the Project Manager to oversee the maintenance requirements for The James River Bridge (JRB) and the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT). You also have the flexibility to determine the time frame (how long the maintenance will require). The Project Manager has determined that you will need to address five (5) maintenance requirements for the HRBT and the JRB. The Project Manager will authorize the work that must be done and provide the following project elements in a detailed statement that will consist of a paragraph explaining each area:

Your final report will include the project elements mentioned above, an introduction, and a reference sheet. Your report must also be at least two pages in length
