Provide substantial research evidence from the literature and supporting materials from government and private not-for profit agencies. Identify gaps in the research and need for future research. Develop a strategy for implementation using a model of EBP, and describe an implementation plan, barriers to implementation, how to overcome barriers, and methods to evaluate outcomes. Incorporate the importance of inter-professional collaboration in this process.
