Discuss the concept of confidentiality and the limits of confidentiality with regard to clinical assessment and treatment. Be sure to include the situations that would cause a clinican to break confidentiality. Put yourself in the shoes of the therapist. How would you feel about breaking confidentiality, or knowing that your confidentiality had been broken? What if you were the client? How would you view be different?
